Meadow Hazelhoff, MSW, LCSW - Director of Behavioral Health Services, Special Populations & Workforce Development

Meadow Hazelhoff, MSW, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma, where she was selected as the Outstanding Senior in Professional Programs, was an EPIC scholar, and won the 2016 Anne and Henry Zarrow Social Justice award. She has worked as a behavioral health consultant in a community health center and as a trauma therapist at a trauma and abuse center. She currently has a private practice where she focuses on the LGBTQ population, neuro-divergent people, chronic pain, and trauma. She has been a field supervisor for both social work and counseling psychology students in their graduate internships and is currently a clinical supervisor for a community mental health center. She joined OKPCA as the Manager of Operations in June 2019 and was promoted to Director of Behavioral Health and Special Populations in January 2020. In 2022 she was appointed by Gov. Stitt to serve on the State Planning and Advisory Council to the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and serves on several other health/behavioral health councils and committees. Meadow is fluent in English and Dutch. Her personal mission is to facilitate and increase the availability of high quality mental health care for all Oklahomans.
