Lindsey Diel, CPHQ - Clinical Practice Facilitator
Lindsey joined OKPCA in July 2021 as a Clinical Practice Facilitator. In this role, Lindsey serves as the implementation lead on the OSDH/CDC 1815 Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease Project. She will also make key mission contributions to OKPCA/HRSA goals related to social determinants of health (SDOH) and ending the HIV epidemic (EtHE).
During her eleven-year career with the American Cancer Society – serving most recently as the Cancer Control Strategic Partnerships Manager for central and western OK – Lindsey amassed considerable experience in the areas of collaboration, evidence-based intervention implementation, and program facilitation. She served as the organization’s primary liaison to medical/cancer centers, state health agencies, and urban Indian clinics throughout Oklahoma, addressing health disparities around cancer screening, prevention, access to care, and advocacy.
Lindsey is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in health education and promotions. She is recognized by the National Association of Healthcare Quality as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. She can be reached at (405) 252-8706.
