Community Health Centers, also known as health centers or federally qualified health centers, provide essential primary care services to Oklahomans in underserved areas. Community Health Centers (CHCs) are private nonprofits that serve all patients regardless of ability to pay, offer sliding fee scales to low-income families, and are governed by patient-majority boards that reflect the communities they serve.
