Oklahoma Primary Care Association ("OPCA") maintains this site (the "Site") for the personal information, research, education, and communication of the Site's visitors. The term "Site" encompasses any and all web-based and Internet-delivered services which may be offered by OPCA, including any websites, listservers, e-mail transmissions, message boards and chat rooms.

Your access to and use of the Site is subject to these "Terms and Conditions" and all applicable local and national laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without qualification or limitation, these Terms and Conditions.

Material displayed on the Site may be reproduced only by use of your browser's "print page" feature, or use of similar software which is engineered to specifically capture and print website pages.

You may not reproduce, store or distribute content from the Site in any electronic or digital form without OPCA’s written permission, which can be requested by e-mailing Greta Stewart, Executive Director, at gshepherd@okpca.org.

Any printed versions of materials you obtain from the Site may be used for non-commercial, personal or internal business use only, providing such printed versions retain any copyright or other proprietary notices that were contained in the original version on the Site.

OPCA neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on the Site will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with OPCA.

Although unlikely, it is possible that inaccuracies or errors could appear in the Site. It is also possible that unauthorized persons could execute additions, deletions and alterations to the Site without the immediate knowledge of OPCA.

While OPCA uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in the Site, and to protect the site from unauthorized changes, OPCA makes no warranties or representations as to the Site's accuracy. OPCA assumes no liability or responsibility for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the content of the Site.
