Alison Williams

Workforce & Communications Manager

Alison Williams joined OKPCA in January 2006. As Workforce & Communications Manager, she is responsible for excellence in outcomes for clinical and non-clinical community health center staff. As part of those outcomes, Alison coordinates Oklahoma Clinicians' Network, emphasizing on building networking among CHC clinicians.

Alison also specializes CHC customer service, building the workforce to focus on patient care from start to finish. She is also responsible for the coordination of marketing materials including OKPCA's Newsletter, the PCA Pulse.

Alison coordinates the National Rural Recruitment and Retention Network (3RNet) for Oklahoma, and is registered as a National Health Service Corps Ambassador.

Alison graduated from The University of Oklahoma in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, emphasizing in Public Relations.
