CHC Boards

 

The 51% user board requirement is a cornerstone of the community health center program.  Judy Grant, Director of Community Development is working to build new boards and strengthen existing ones by offering on-site board development, grassroots advocacy alerts, and board protocol technical assistance.  For more information on OPCA's board development offerings please select one of the links below or contact Judy Grant at (405) 424-2282, ext 104.

Oklahoma Incorporating Guidelines
To learn more about Oklahoma's statutes for incorporation, which includes bylaws, visit the Secretary of State's website at http://www.sos.state.ok.us, click 'Executive Legislative' (listed on top menu of screen), and then click on 'Link to Statutes' (left side of screen).  Once there, go to 'Title 18' and select 'Expand' - then go to Chapter 22.

Grassroots Advocacy Alerts
